Oh Christmas Tree

Doll Obsession

A new Santa to go with my collection. I bought a cute little old lady doll with grey hair and all ... she's from Sweden...and all dressed for winter. Do you notice that doll with the gun from the 60s? That's good old Jane West!

Christmas Past

The girls with the good old Garden City Santa. When I was a child, Garden City would put up a giant Santa as tall as a building, had kiddie rides, and a Santa Village. Santa would give you a coloring book, crayons and a lollipop. It was the 60s ... and it was nicer then.

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

It's the weekend before Christmas, and its turning out to be a White Christmas.

It's Peak - Columbus Day

These pics don't do the Fall colors justice. The leaves are beautiful this Columbus Day--red, orange, and yellow ablaze.
It was a picture-perfect New England Leaf Peeper Weekend.

Gilmanton Town Scenes

As small and rural as Gilmanton is, there are distinct areas within such as the Four Corners, Crystal Lake and Gilmanton Iron Works, which this lovely sign points you in the direction of.

Free Time

I won't subject you all to my oh-so beginner art pieces; but when I find some rare down time, I am being creative with painting, doll making, quilting, knitting, sewing, felting and mosaics.

New Addition

Here's our new golden retriever, Cayman. He joined our family in June and is all puppy! Lucky he's so cute. Watch for new pics as he grows!

Gilmanton Views

This lovely cow resides on a Gilmanton dairy farm that I pass on my way to work each day.

When you want to see what your old Cranston girl is up to....take a visit and leave a note. As you all know, I love to be up on things with my RI family and friends.
